WHO IS CLAY
CLAY ROJAS, MA Counseling Psychology
A San Francisco Bay Area native and U.S. Marine Corps veteran (2001–2005), Clay Rojas knows firsthand the challenges of mental and emotional resilience. After battling PTSD, he found healing through faith and a renewed purpose—helping young athletes navigate their own struggles.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California, he has dedicated his career to supporting student-athletes in their journey to become the best version of themselves, both on and off the field. Since 2018, he has worked with high school and college athletes, integrating mental health education with practical strategies to enhance performance, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
A passionate advocate for suicide prevention and awareness, he has developed and implemented mental health workshops in high schools and universities across the U.S. His heart’s desire is to ensure that every athlete he works with understands their worth—not just as competitors, but as individuals deeply loved and valued.
Above all, he is a follower of Jesus, a devoted husband, and the proud father of five daughters.
